Esria spreading Flex components wide open

Josh Tynjala is working some R&D for Esria full time. The fruits of his work can be found at Esria’s new open source community site. For an enterprise solutions provider to aim some goodwill at the community is very refreshing. I’m not sure which is better, the fact that Esria is sharing these components, or their decision to put the talented JT to work for the community. We’ll all benefit from both, I’m sure.
